NEW OPEN︎カフェ&焙煎所益城IC車5分 阿蘇熊本空港車10分.熊本県の中央に位置する益城町。1954年飯野村、広安村、福田村、津森村、木山町、1町4村が合併し益城町となった。2016年の熊本地震では、国内観測史上最大の計測震度に襲われ甚大な被害を受け、現在も復興・復旧事が進められている。復興のシンボルとして2022年5月にオープンした同施設の1階中央に展開。「H COFFEE LABORATORY」は、シルバーを基調とした店内で中央にはブルーのネオンライトが光る。エスプレッソマシンはラ・マルゾッコ社のものを使用。焙煎機はトルネードキングという高速熱風式焙煎機を設置し、注文を受けその場で生豆から焙煎し珈琲豆を販売。豆の他に珈琲器具やリキッドコーヒー、マグカップなどオリジナル商品も揃う。ドリンクは、シングルオリジンのドリップコーヒーやエスプレッソトニック、カフェラテ等こだわりの珈琲と、天草レモンのホワイトチョコレートケーキや熊本デコポンのチョコレートケーキなどのスイーツを展開。熊本地震からの復興に向け、益城町の新たなにぎわいの拠点として心地いい空間と新鮮で本格的なコーヒーを提供いたします。Mashiki Town, located in the center of Kumamoto Prefecture, was formed in 1954 through the merger of Iino Village, Hiroyasu Village, Fukuda Village, Tsumori Village, Kiyama Town. This area suffered tremendous damage in the 2016 Kumamoto earthquake, the largest measured earthquake in Japanese history, and reconstruction and recovery work is still ongoing. As a symbol of the recovery efforts, our new shop will be located in the center of the first floor of “BOX PARK MASHIKIRARI”, which opened in May 2022 and hosts many food and beverage establishments.“H COFFEE LABORATORY” has a silver-inspired color scheme with a blue neon light for it’s sign in the center of the shop. The espresso machine is by La Marzocco. We use a high-speed hot-air roasting machine called "Tornado King", and coffee beans are roasted from fresh beans on the spot upon receiving an order. In addition to coffee beans, the shop also offers coffee utensils, liquid coffee, mugs, and other original products.The shop offers single-origin drip coffee, espresso tonic, café latte, and other specialty coffee drinks, as well as Amakusa lemon white chocolate cake, Kumamoto dekopon (Special Kumamoto Orange) chocolate cake, and other sweet treats. The shop will provide a comfortable space and fresh, authentic coffee as a new lively base in Mashiki Town for the reconstruction from the Kumamoto earthquake.
